​I’ve always been driven by adventure, creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit— qualities that ultimately led me to the Pacific Northwest. Over the past ten years, I practiced architecture in both Washington, D.C. and Seattle, working at two of the country’s leading firms on projects ranging from retail to modular hotels to mass timber office buildings.

 

Through this work, I developed a deep understanding of how people experience space—whether in their neighborhood café or their office. I learned the importance of design solutions that enhance function, long-term performance, and overall value.

Today, I focus primarily on designing residential homes and renovations while actively investing in single-family properties regionally. I lead acquisitions and underwriting, complete designs, and manage each project from design development through construction completion, ensuring thoughtful execution from start to finish.

re:fern is a product of my passions for design, a knack for numbers, and curating experiences through the spaces we occupy most. It's become an avenue to engage with like-minded individuals and support other female entrepreneurs.
